Who we Are
FSWM was founded by Francesca ‘Frankie’ Smith in 2024, after realising many people weren’t able to access the financial planning support they needed. Frankie is passionate about helping people, whatever their stage in life, to find their purpose, set personal goals and plan for their future financial freedom.
Frankie previously worked as a Financial Planner at a City of London business for over six years, before setting up FSWM to give more people access to support at each stage of their wealth building journey. As a Strategic Financial Planner within their Private Office, Francesca provided advice and support to High-Net-Worth clients in planning and managing their finances.

Frankie is an award-winning Financial Planner. In 2023 she won a prestigious Enterprise Investment Scheme Association (EISA) award in recognition of her advocacy for the work of the EISA.
She was shortlisted for ‘Women of the Year – Financial Coaching” at the 2023 Women in Financial Advice Awards, a testament to her passion and commitment to giving more women access to financial support and education.
